• How effectively do you communicate with your boss or the board? With your people? What would they say?
  
• How is your team doing? How’s your relationship with them?
  
• How are the numbers: Cash flow? Profitability? Growth? Do you understand the numbers and manage them effectively?
  
• Are your people growing? Are you?
  
• What about your family? Yourself? How is your work/life balance? What would the family say?
  
• Have you time to work on your own growth? Do you use it?
